Running a Joomla site can be very satisfying and very rewarding but you do need to keep up with security issues. Probably the most important is to allways keep your Joomla installation up to date with the latest release. You should also become familiar with the Joomla Security Forum or even sign up for the latestJoomla security announcements. Please keep in mind that Joomla Host monitors the servers that your site is hosted on. We look after the Joomla Servers and you look after your site if you are an individual website owner or your clients sites if you are a reseller. If your site or your clients sites have questionable components, modules or mambots installed that are affecting the performance of the server they are on they will be suspended untill the issue is resolved. We will advise you of where the problem is but it is your responsibilty to fix it. If you can't fix it or can't outsource the fix then we will fix the problem for a small fee (No less than $50.00 AUD)
